Test Management

Test Phases: organise and conduct each applicable testing phase that includes unit testing, system integration testing, user-acceptance testing (UAT), performance testing and regression testing.

Test Resource: determine the level of resource in terms of people and system infrastructure required for execution of each test phase.

Test Defects and Fix: liaise with client to prioritise test defects logged and apply fix solutions accordingly.

Test Support: provide required training to client for testing and assist them during phases involving end user testing.

Test exit Strategy: define measurable and key test metrics for exiting and transitioning between the different test phases until overall client satisfaction of test results.
